Our Mission

We provide a wholistic service through fitness classes, nutritional coaching, and wellness counseling. We believe that emotional well-being is at the center of health and is directly impacted by nutrition and movement. We commit hard to you, and we know you will do the same in return.

Total Sunshine Strength

Strength training with resistance equipment for the whole body, SCALABLE TO ALL LEVELS.

Special Strength

Upper or lower body focused strength training.

Sunshine Sizzle

Interval based cardio, strength, and core, usually bodyweight only.

Circuit

Everyone loves a good circuit class, because it allows for the use of a variety of equipment and moves while class time flies by quickly. Travel between stations for strength, cardio and core work, with a motivating coach to help you with proper form and encouragement.

Box & Barre

Six pound body bar for upper body boxing (or shadow box), total body strength training focusing on smaller muscles than a traditional strength training routine, using lighter weights and higher reps, a small ball, and a six pound body barre for balance.

Sunrise Yoga

More movement based flows, vs. holding poses, to get your ready to move throughout your day.

Cardio Yoga

Cardio moves and static yoga poses during recovery form cardio.  Skaters 45 seconds, Tree pose 20 seconds.

Sunset Yoga

Calming movement and poses to end the day.

Classes with a variable schedule

Take advantage of this wide variety of classes with our all-inclusive Membership.

Tabata

20/10, x8 rounds.  High Intensity Interval Training.  High and low impact options available, include strength, cardio and core work for short bursts of 20 seconds of works to 10 seconds of rest, for eight rounds.

Barre

Traditional barre class, thought using a 6 pound body bar for balance vs. a ballet bar on the wall.  Total body strength training focusing on smaller muscles than a traditional strength training routine, using lighter weights and higher reps, a small ball, and a 6 pound body barre for balance.  No dance experience necessary.

P Class

Plates, Plyo, Pilates: Paper plates as gliders (strength & core), Plyometrics for cardio (low or high impact), Pilates (total body strength & core).

K Class

Kick, Kettle, Kore.  Kickboxing for cardio, Kettlebell for strength, and “K”ore for total body core support.

B Class

Bells, Balls, Body: Bells is kettle bells for strength, balls for core and cardio, body for bodyweight cardio and strength.

“B”e You Class

Box, body barre, bands: Shadow Boxing, body bar for strength, booty bands for strength and cardio.

Stormy Sunshine

Gritty music (i.e. could have swear words), heavy weights and/or interval cardio. Advanced.
